most people don't realize just how majestic one of these mountains are, this one entertains at 10 Kilometers, if you get closer you cant see the magnitude of it, unless you are near a roaring vent, and I'll wager those vents scream at times lol. Everyone needs humbling at times...

Proto Human, they were hilarious, jumping in front of cars to take pictures, but, quite dangerous , one was nearly hit while i was watching. The London drivers are quite patient , not like here in the US except in small rural towns,

There are loads of hawks that do ride the thermals but it happens all over the area. Again they are much closer to the webcam than the 10km or so that the caldera is. Please remember that the camera is not a pure video camera. It is refreshing and making a few frames a second...
