The pic is refreshing at about 1/5 seconds. Can't help it if the cats don't move fast or often enough for you. As for the quality, that the owner's cam, and you're viewing it for free. What do you expect?

Wonder what the Sam Hill went wrong here, we use to always get this live, even in the dead of winter when there was nothing to see! Boo Hiss :( Wonder if they know their cam is out? Hate loosing good ones.
