I've never had Tylenol. I only take paracetamol .... and that's on rare occasions. It's the only one I can take with my meds. I always think the weakest you can get away with is the best.

That's very good. I only found out today that Advil is ibuprofen. I think it's great that you have your pain under control with it. We older birds are made of tough stuff. LOL!!!

Well I never!!!! I saw the trampoline and thought that couldn't possibly be your place ...... too strenuous. I used to trampoline when I was younger. A lovely feeling. I don't think a trampoline would be too happy to have me bouncing on it now!!!! LOL I should explain...
