I guess every part of the country is not so fortunate as we are here, the days have been just lovely and the trees are putting out the baby leaves and flowering trees are in bloom.  Lots of spring flowers ..love it!

I'm glad no one was near enough to be harmed.  Macro events are all awe inspiring.  Perhaps the rain thats coming will wash away some of the ash, and clear the air for you.  Be aware of Lahars, too much ash wll dam ravines and let go suddenly, all must be aware of that.   no snow...

When the ash goes to the left of the screen it is heading towards Kagoshima City. That shouldn't happen until towards summer so we can breathe easier (literally) until then. Really, the volcano erupting is more  a nuisance for those in the path of its ash than anything else. Unl...

Wayne, cam 9 is appearing like a stream of Lava is running down the rt side, a small stream, uniform Cant be totally sure as its daylight, but sure appears that way
