Are these barriers (Jetties) natural or man-made ???, they appear uniformly at about 8 feet high, using the people walking near them as reference

All kidding aside Violet, right at dusk or dawn in full light, they move away in full daylight as if they don't care for the sun. Hope that helps. It figures, they likely qualify as nocturnal

What I saw, was just under the surface, white, and at first appeared like a line of the top of some wall of concrete, a old wall, I thought at first it was some underwater obstruction, due to the length, however it moved. pasty white like a super worm of some kind hahhahahaa yuc...
