It has already!!!!!!!!!! :D I'm still doing jigsaws from a link you gave me years ago. Yesterday I did one that you had to rotate some of the pieces. I completed it but only because I don't like to quit once I've started. Certainly kept me concentrating.

It's 54 and the forecast shows clouds for tomorrow then rain everyday until next Sunday at least. I'll be able to go white water rafting down the hill but getting back up could be difficult. :D I slept for an extra hour this morning ...... I think I made up for an hour I missed ...

I noticed my gas company does it now, also....have to pay yearly for the tank and then, every time they deliver, I have to pay a recovery fee and a hazmat fee. Its like I'm being penalized for using the service.....but with the power company...they know there is no one else to ta...

quite a way to run a business....the cable company does the same....and then they have the nerve to charge for a house call....I'm paying for a service and if the service doesn't work, I have to pay more....something is very wrong here!!!!!!

That's disgusting. My bill is just a day rate, night rate and a daily charge that you have to pay whether or not you use any electricity. I suppose that's for maintaining the supply. I've just read your comment again and I think it's really shocking.
