61 here ..... expected to get to 62. The rain has stopped but they forecast heavy rain for Friday and Saturday. I've got a pot of stew bubbling away. I had veg that wanted using.

I think it's a bit late to put the tablets in the fridge ....... the weather is cooling down. 4 years of bad pills. This is why I don't like having to take stuff.

we just found out that a pill for high blood pressure has a type of jet fuel in it that can cause liver and kidney cancer...not really jet fuel but a component that is in it that should not be in medicines!!

We only have one pharmacy and wondered if they have had a bad batch of meds or even if the excessive heat we have had could have affected them. Our pharmacy doesn't have A/C.

Oh. They've sent him to God's waiting room. Any chance he can put in for a transfer? I suppose it depends on when a place becomes available at the local home. Give it a little while and then start inquiring. What a lovely daughter. Little things really do mean a lot.
