niente hollandaise. They very young herrings has been stored lightly salted, they are raw, so to say. You just eat them with onions, that´s all.

I don´t know, i never been there in the middle of the week. I use to buy "echte holländische Matjes" at the market, you eat them with the fingers with a lot of hashed onions.
