I live on state aid and disability, comes to £400 a month for everything, luckily I've always lived simply, but for those who have enjoyed plenty, it's really hurting 'cause they don't know how to cut back hard..

Oooh, I know that one..nearly lost my house last year, debts my ex left me with as well, Court judgements...it's hard...but we Will survive, we just have to live very differently..it can be done...

I don't know how the UK perceives the economic crisis/recession in the US but I know many, many people that are hurting. These are people who were doing really well less than a year ago. 7 people lost jobs, 3 losing houses, 2 bankrupt. Seriously.
