Cant stay long, got company, but been watching, Indiana is getting hit , so it can go either way, southernly or mo0re north at this point, the majority that is, however the Mountains will guide it, according to the jet streams meandeings, my guess it will go strait on to the east...

Chances are the angle of the camera was changed by wind/weather or a vandal and the city/state/school is too lazy to fix it or they lack the money to pay a guy to come out and fix it. It will probly stay that way till they have to fix a near by streetlight
