Depends what the emotion is. My preferred method is to email first, get them quaking in their boots ..... then ring them. That usually works well with complaints. LOL! If they have an email address you could ask them to call you but hopefully they will call before long.

LOL....yes...over son's dirty trick....from what hubbys lawyer said, the judge for this type of thing is only in once a week, so that explains why it takes so long.

Have you got over son dropping you in it with the extension thing? Do you know if they've accepted your late application? If you've heard nothing from them ...... that may be good news. People offer help ....... never expecting you to take them up on it.

yes...I feel the same...as a matter of fact...his sister is always saying "if you need anything, just call" and when I call with a concern or question, she just says "I don't really know"...............well, hell...thanks!!!!

Well things can't go on as they are. Not only do you have to do the best for hubby ....... you have to think of yourself. You have health problems of your own and this performance isn't helping at all. Take absolutely no notice of his sister. It's really nothing to do with her...

WOW....10 out of 10 is great....you should have sent them a letter complementing them and perhaps you would get a coupon for next visit!! well...I've done it.....called the Veterans Administration asking for help in placing hubby...now I have to sit and wait for a call back!!!!
