Ps ........ I don't know why but I assumed hubby did repeat things. It can be quite irritating for the person who has to listen but poor chap can't help it. See how I can sympathize with him????? That's because I don't have to listen to him. :D

I can't remember what we had with ours but I have an awful feeling the kids probably had brown sauce. They used to have that on almost everything. :D

My aunt introduced me to liverwurst sandwiches along with a big glass of chocolate milk, probably 45 years ago. Sounds disgusting but it is most excellent.

I can't remember the last time I had liverwurst. I think it must have been when my kids were young and I didn't have much money. It used to be cheap. Cheap and tasty. :D

Depends what the emotion is. My preferred method is to email first, get them quaking in their boots ..... then ring them. That usually works well with complaints. LOL! If they have an email address you could ask them to call you but hopefully they will call before long.

Then I wouldn't think the deadline was a problem. Once a week ......... so I guess there are lots of people in the same boat. It'll all be sorted eventually ....... but I hate waiting. :D
