It seems like a light that is inside where the cam is. Usually these cams are inside to prevent rain and weather from frosting or dirtying the lens, easier to clean a window than the lens. Hi Joey Stash, hope you have a nice Christmas

Yes, I can't drive, due to my C P. and, because of all of the Medicine that I am on. However, I do understand, that sometimes, traffic, {especially on i-95,} can be a real headache.
