Imagine facing a fine for shaking a bit of grit out of your shoe. We seem to be tough on the wrong things. You can murder somebody and be out of prison in much, much less than 7 years. Offenders get released early because prisons are full. We are too stupid to build new priso...

You seem to be having more rain than me. We haven't had any for ages and none forecast ........ just heat and sunshine. Yes ....... a plentiful amount would be better. We have strong litter laws here and just recently a woman left a suitcase and other stuff on the pavement outs...

Did you put any stuff outside for passersby to help themselves to or will that be later? Lots of shops put tubs outside with a mixture of cheap items. I can never resist having a look.
