Yes,if you move the cam she looks at you.And if you look to the right there is another Giraffe in the next cage.

I am guessing that this is in Miquelon, with the camera in City Hall or the Governor's Offices, with the Church of Miquelon in blue. If so, there have been some changes since the Google maps picture was taken. -kb
