I think I found it on Google Earth: one block south (the next big intersection) on the North side of whatever that big government building is that has the fountain on the South side.
The media can take a one in 10,000 incident and make it look like it's everywhere and every day, and you believe it, no wonder politicians use the media to tell their lies
