I think I see what you mean, like how long, several minutes? I watched the strip of writing on the bottom and it looks like it is stuck but maybe not, I will try it later and just let it take it's time. Maybe I was in to big of a hurry

it's the town of Coburg in Bavaria,they have a great castle on a hill.And you can operate the cam yourself.

I tried to bring this up before and it just stays blank. I hit Axis to install but it still stays blank . Just tried again and the same results
