You can't beat slow-cooked beef. That cam's been offline for ages. I was just having a look through My Cams. It's odd because I was sure the carpet was still a mess when the cam went offline. Mind you .... the camera angle has also been changed slightly. I think these cams do...

I just browned them with onion...when they were browned, I turned the heat on low, put a cover on and cooked till tender...about an hour. yes...Lebanon is too far.

some of his friends have gone to see him....some even went to Lebanon to visit. I'm cooking sirloin tips for dinner and spinach...daughter will be so surprised.
