Speaking from experience ..... don't over-value anything. I'm one of those strange people who doesn't mind filling in forms. A lot of my working life was taken up with it. Used goods aren't worth much. Err on the side of caution and under-value.

Nice when they get it wrong in a good way. I did once Google my weather and it said 0% chance of precipitation. Rain was running down the windows.
I had doughnuts for breakfast. I blame those guys on the SEMARA cam. :D
