This is probably Hawaii since the island is located in the Pacific. It is afternoon on the East Coast, US, so it would be morning in Hawaii. You can almost feel the soft breeze.

It is 15:53 here on the East coast in the US and 21:30 on this cam (the time is off by at least 23 minutes on the cam). Anybody's guess where it is.
