I believe it is a instant photocopier with RAN-54-induction. The semi-automatic converter under the plastic lid is not attached to the CAFL so therefore it must be a RAN-54-compatible machine. Very common in Japan in those kind of enviroments, especially during 1989-2003. One of ...
