I concurr - the IP address of the cam traces to a .sk domain. As an Englishman who has travelled Europe I'd say this doesn't look out of the ordinary at all... not sure where you got the idea it's all outlawed Kyle - it's as rampant as it's ever been over here!

@Kyle. England has slot machines like this and I've seen them in most of Europe. I've never been to Slovakia but I don't see why they wouldn't have them there.

This is not Slovakia, it is a gambling set up, likely somewhere in the America's as this type of gambling unfortunately is native now to the America's, the only gambling done across the pond is sports usually in public, non public I hahaha don't want to know about that is TMI. These are slots, the only ones i know of who use slots are in Germany, usually in Germany in guest houses (Pubs)  Though its been many years since I was there, things do not change that much very quickly in Europe that involve Moral decisions. 

So,,,,,, this I would guess is in the South West in the US
