well h__l they're in the middle of a ceremony in front of the fountain and the cam op decided the cracks in the road was more interesting to watch !

WOW they don't believe in quick little salutes, these guys are holding their salutes for about a minute !

I noticed the Morris college in Minnesota also had their ceremony today. In Wis it seems that most of the ceremonies are this or next weekend and the week after that is the beginning of the high school graduations.

More ceremonial goings on ... must be a popular weekend for events.
