This is definitely a Hair Salon, probably on the east coast of North America given the hours of sunshine coming in on the left.

Not sure where the chandeliers are as I do not see them, nor anything looking close to a castle, lab or pharmacy, lol.

The receptionist seems to have little to do though given her constant time on the net.
