Yea, I don't get this cam. It says passport service but I am wondering if maybe they have a big screen in there for people to watch while they are in line.

This still gets my vote as being one of the oddest cams on OT.

It looks to me like they have the camera pointed at a television screen which shows ads/videos.  Kind of pointless.
