Hi Carol, very sensible. I was just looking at a cam where you have proposed edits. I think it was a forest at Pebble Beach. I always ask Mira Bilis how she knows so I really have to ask you the same. LOL

Lol, no MD, I do not lay out in the sun. But I have been known to fake n bake, lol.

Mira Bilis that sounds absolutely wonderful! A couple of years ago one of my neighbours found some strips, wallpaper width, impregnated with wild flower seeds. You just put the strips down, sprinkle a little soil on the top and then water. And 2 years on, the borders are a riot of colour and the flowers have thickened up to make a living carpet.
Obviously, your "garden" is on a grander scale. I'm intrigued about your garland making!!!!

Indeed MD ... 'tis lovely here at the moment ... and our "garden" definitely looks like a wildflower meadow at the moment ... a blanket of clover, oxeye daisies and cat's ears, which the deer love ... and good for making my Midsummer garland. ;)

It's obvious from Carol's picture that she doesn't fry herself to a crisp, sensible girl. To me, nothing looks worse than ladies, often older ones, who have a tan that makes their face look like a crocodile-skin handbag!
Mira Bilis, I saw on UK tv that your area is getting plenty of sunshine. You are lucky..... you have plenty of trees for shade. :D

LOL Carol ... that's what you get for following the sun. ;D

There's nothing to support wild life.

MD, I think everyone in California is missing green grass. :(
MD05/24/14 20:54
I'd really miss green grass.

If the grass was green you could mistake this for Devon. Lol

Not all that far from Sacramento where Teo lives.
Completely brown again.
Someone just cycled by from right to left.
Plenty of green grass at the moment. :)
