the name of this cam should be changed to a partial birds nest on roof top. The wind must of changed the direction this cam.

Mira yes there's a very good chance this is part of a view of the Universary.

This looks like a view of part of the Van hise Hall on the campus and the white dome looking light at the top of the tall building is actually the Madison Capital building in the background.

During the day you can see a lake beyond the buildings and I'm pretty sure that's  Lake Monona.

Maybe Gordon is the name of the bloke who runs the cam?  ;-) I agree with NQ ... having looked on Google Maps, Gordon WI looks far too tiny a place.  Could this be a view of the University of Wisconsin?  The coordinates place the cam at the Uni, although I know that's not usually anything to go by.
