Ed that app does the same that Opentopia does, which is that they both scan the internet for any webcams that aren't secure. If you google webcams you'll find quite a few websites that have the some of the same webcams as Opentopia. Personally I don't think I'ld want an app on my pc or cell phone that's constantly scanning the internet for new non-secure webcams.
