I sorta wonder if they've added some kind of camera affect to this one because the black lines around everything are super enhanced. I like the look but it really does look like I'm watching a moving illustration !

This is a strange looking city, this looks like a drawn illustration of the city but from my google search, all the pictures have the same black outline around each building.
