opentopia, that's cool but I'm a Microsoft pc person, so that won't work for me but I'll keep it in mind if I ever upgrade pc.

If you use a Mac or iOS device, you can literally copy the text from the picture (in still picture mode) like you would text, makes life very easy sometimes :)

I did see the text on top but couldn't figure out how to copy and translate it, though maybe if I had taken a screenshot of it, google might have translated it. Thanks for identifying it.

Opentopia, I think this might be another China webcam, 3 of my ip locators weren't able to come back with anything, instead they all sat there trying to load, I couldn't even stop the loading, I had to close each tab.
