Why dont they put a antenna right smack dab in the center of rotation of the earth???? think about it, one of those radio telescopes that didnt need to be reset all the time, it would be stable, totally stable, all one would need to do is move the center a bit for focus, and be stable once and for all, let them find us at a regular place. It is now  like someone with shaking hands holding a pencil light on a small object
