I think I heard this is the largest pedestrian crossing in the world. 

A more affluent area by the look of things.

Watching the people on this cam you can see they are very differnt from the ones on the Mia cam.  The people there dress more casually and now have on bulky down jackets, etc.  Here, in Tokyo the people are very smartly dressed in suits, dress coats with briefcases, etc.  Very much city people.
