Indigo, if you are referring to the Fukushima nuclear power plant that was damaged during the 2011 tsunami, then this place is a long way from there. 

It looks like they are doing maintenance along the river banks.  With tsunami risk all along the east coast of Japan, I think they have to be pretty diligent when it comes to waterway safety.

Now it looks like they are widening the stream.

Is this a contaminated area from the flooded power plant ?

What was going on here back in Oct? I wonder what they are building. They appear to be putting dirt at the base of those panels.
