In my teens it was either The Beatles or The Rolling Stones. I chose The Stones and have actually touched Mick Jagger! Maybe I should be keeping that quiet.  :)) There was a group called The Mersey Beats. They were good. We had a local venue where the groups came to perform on their way up the ladder. My friends and I saw lots that went on to be famous. Of course, once that happened they didn't come back to our humble place. And who can blame them!

OMG Rod Stewart!!!! One night back in the 70's I was just about to go to bed and I noticed, on tv, this fella in a red jump suit, prancing around and singing. I stayed for the outfit.  It was a while before I became a proper fan.  My absolute favourite song of his is "Hot Legs."
