Mira ...... maybe they'll change it back after they've finished watering the lawns. :D

They changed the view back to the sea ... must have read our hosepipe comments, LOL!

Hmmmm. There's quite a delay on the closing of the gates.
MD06/29/15 20:17
Parcel delivery man just left the gates open.

Mira ...... or ........ we are supposed to think "Aren't they good ... not using the hosepipe" while there are half a dozen others being used out of sight. LOL
Mira Bilis06/29/15 19:47
LOL ... in that case, if they change the camera angle we'll know they're using the hosepipe. ;D
MD06/29/15 19:37
Teo ... that's what you have to think of ..... paying the bills. No point in having a palace if you can't afford to eat!
Mira .... I agree that the owners wouldn't do their own gardening but I'm suspicious enough to think that they wouldn't be against the sneaky use of a hosepipe!
Mira Bilis06/29/15 17:50
I wonder if they positioned the camera here to make sure the gardener doesn't use the hose pipe while the drought restrictions are in place (somehow I can't imagine the owners doing their own gardening!)

Hi MD I'm in central California, just outside of Sacramento. I can't even imagine paying that much for anything. I couldn't pay the taxes on a house like that. Hell, I couldn't pay the utilities.
MD06/29/15 17:25
Teo ... which state do you hail from? At those prices it sounds far too expensive to move to but it looks lovely.
Mira Bilis06/29/15 17:11
Wow ... that's quite a laundry list of enterprises the business covers ... no wonder they can afford a place like this!
Teo West06/29/15 17:01
The realtor estimated the monthly payment on a re-fi at $21,542, but you might rent for only $11,432. If I remember right. Rent or buy it's a big decision. Maybe I'll stay here.

Phew Teo ... I thought we were in prison! Good links. It looks quite a place.
