my winter coat never came so I just talked with the store and they gave the money back and I was able to order another and got it free with my points!!

That sounds awfully cccccold!
BJ had to work until 9pm on Christmas Eve and until 8pm last night. She'll also be working on New Year's Eve ..... hopefully only until 9pm. I love New Year even more than Christmas ....... all the fun and no gifts to buy!
