Do you really think he's getting close to needing a nursing home? I wonder if he'd make a miraculous recovery if told that you were seriously considering a nursing home for him.

LOL....no one talked about assisted living in front of him!!!! I just told him I think he should forget about the wheelchair because the only room he could use it in is the kitchen...to which he said "then I may as well go to the nursing home"....

yes....I agree that the wheelchair is a bad idea....it's a shame thats the only "cure" his doctor could come up with....son thinks we should move into "assisted living"...I say no because I'll still be the one lifting him up when he falls and I really don't think it's anything we...
