I had a neighbor who used to keep a trout in an aquarium that size, by the time I moved from there, the trout was at least a foot long.

It's a free access beach - you pay to park, but you don't have to buy a license to access the beach like you do in places such as Long Beach Island. And the Boardwalk is very entertaining people watching!
