I've now looked it up online and found they do a 3-meals-a-day service ...... lunch, evening meal and supper ...... for £7 a day. That is amazing ..... but it convinces me portions must be small .... otherwise they could never afford to do it at that price. I'm thinking it would ...

It's been known to work! :D They've launched a new delivery of hot meals in my area. I read the literature on it and it says that for some people, this might be the only time they see anyone. Can't tick that box. Also ..... it may be the only meal they have all day. Can't tick ...

It is truly scary when you look from above on Google Earth and see all those storms marching relentlessly across the Atlantic in a line from Africa. It is like one giant conveyor belt.
