Hi Lizardmomma... Look at it this way: You HAVE to use a computer at work, but you GET to use a computer at home. It always worked for me.

When I do roasted veg I put a little olive oil in a plastic bag then put the veg in and roll them round until they are coated with oil. It doesn't take much oil. I always put garlic in with my roast potatoes. Just pop in the oven ..... no fuss... and very little washing up. I te...
