M D, the camera is indeed attached to the school roof. If you look this place up on Google Streetview, that building you referred to is actually an old barn opposite the school. It looks like a beautiful area.

You can see a tiny bit more of the shoreline on their website http://www.arjeplog.se/706.html It looks very rainy at the moment.

Blue Grass, if you go to Arjeplog on Google Maps and check out the street next to the lake called 'Hamngatan,' the camera is situated on the building where the road takes a 90 degree bend. I agree, another fantastic sunset at the moment.
