Thanks for the tip, I'm pretty sure one of my ip locators also has a traceroute tool on it. That should come in handy for the US cams that I'm having problems with, I'll do a traceroute before taking the ip to other locators.

Homely it's now down to 1436. As new cams are added, some of them get block within 24 hours by the cams host, I've come across a few of those so count will go up and down as some webhost cams are blocked.
