So ....... after the 22nd you'll have some peace. :D The rain stopped as soon as I got home. I soaked a brand new umbrella! It was lovely sunshine after that. Crazy weather.

We don't get any refunds. We also pay that tax on water and electricity. Now you can understand why, when we lived in France, we used to cross the border to Spain because at that time .... their tax was less. I haven't checked but I bet there's a tax on death here ..... it's pro...
