I can't remember the last time I cooked a proper meal. I expect the pork will disappear slice by slice (or chunk by chunk) without ever meeting up with a vegetable. Bonus ...... extra me-time but shame about daughter's head cold.

daughter in the city wants her dad to drive her to her doctors appointment today....she has a horrid head cold..and a break for me!!! don't you find it difficult cooking a good meal for just 1 person?...I know I would go for the quicker stuff, myself!!

heat has been on but not the A/C...it's a window unit and cold air was coming in.
