MD last month we had 60-70 degree temps and everything was starting to turn green. This month has been cold and we've had snow off and on, this morning I wok up to temps in the 20's. I'ld love to see some tulips coming up but I have a feeling we won't see them till May. I bet it'...

Thanks Trix .... I've bookmarked the first list. I actually eat more protein than I thought. I never knew that sprouts counted. I've also been eating "cold oats." I put 150g of natural yog... Greek or otherwise... plus 70g of milk. Stir it until it's smooth. Add 35g of oats, 15g ...

And fat. I had 10 large eggs delivered on Wednesday. For years I didn't bother with them but I've had a fad on them just recently. Trouble is ..... I tend to have 2 or 3 at a time. One isn't worth the effort. Susan and I have something in common ..... we both eat Mission tortill...

yes MD, but I cant always get the site to open, sometimes not for 2-3 days, but dont let that stop you, it looks like a cool place to visit, what else is there in the area to see ? I am not familar with where this is...
