I have difficulty with portion control. If you are supposed to eat 2oz a day or whatever ....... I must have eaten enough to keep me going until 2099. LOL

Thanks Trix .... I've bookmarked the first list. I actually eat more protein than I thought. I never knew that sprouts counted. I've also been eating "cold oats." I put 150g of natural yog... Greek or otherwise... plus 70g of milk. Stir it until it's smooth. Add 35g of oats, 15g ...
