Oh it will.  You are waiting so patiently. They say patience is its own reward. I have absolutley no idea what they mean by that chunk of gobbledygook but it sounds good.  LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit I have 1% in coffee. That book .... The Flat Belly Diet ...... says to have monounsaturated fats at every meal. Well ...... peanuts have mono fat so I just ate 2 Snickers bars. That should do the trick ..... shouldn't it? LOL!!!!!!

MD...it was just on the news that drinking skim milk does not help in weight loss...they said whole milk is more filling, sooner, because of the fat content...I always drink whole milk!!! my daughters drink 1% or 2% and are just as heavy as always!!

That's such a sad case. I think it's obvious who did it. We had rain this morning. It's not raining right now but more rain is expected. Actually .... it's looking very pleasant ..... sunshine but very breezy. My windows are closed. :D
