I've given up worrying about those food warnings. Everybody's got to die of something. I've not yet heard of cause of death being "drank too much coffee" or "ate too much bacon." Well .... actually .... maybe the "ate too much bacon" would come under "obesity." Whatever ..... now...

we have about a cup of syrup so far....burned 2 batches beyond recognition but have plenty of more sap...we only have 3 trees to tap!!!!

I am pretty close to this cams location in Pennsylvania. This winter has been really weird, very mild. I just hope that we don't end up with a cold, wet spring. I just suspect that we will have to pay for this great weather somehow.

Hi there! I saw a couple of raccoons at 1am the other night. It's nice that we can see this cam at night. Yes, I do believe that winter is pretty much over with, not that we had much of one to begin with. Very strange.
