Outside of the cities, land is pretty cheap in many parts of the NW. Our 11 acre parcel cost $80K ... although that was before the house was built on it.

Hello Trix .... I stayed at BJ's last night .... went to bed at 5am and slept until noon. Then I had to take a thumbdrive to her boss and collect my prescription. The weather was cold but sunny so I got a bus to town and now I'm back!!!! I hope g-daughters birthday goes well.
