Yes .... the boredom must be awful. When I left my dogs in kennels they always had their own bedding and toys. It was only when we went abroad before pet passports began.

Awww ... it looks like he wet his bed and the floor. :( Seriously, the cubicles in this place are always so bare ... no decent bedding or enrichment toys ... and yet people pay good money to board their dogs here. Depressing.
